This product includes Zebra DNA Polymerase (for hot start amplification), dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system (+dye) that allows for amplification by simply adding primers and templates, reducing pipetting and improving throughput and reproducibility. The PCR products contain A at the 3′-end and can be directly cloned into T-Vector.
