This product reducing PCR time dramatically. The PCR mix contains Taq DNA Polymerase, Extension Enhancer, dNTPs and optimized buffer (+dye). Its amplification speed is up to 1 sec/kb and is suitable for rapid PCR reaction. The PCR products contain A at the 3′-end and can be directly cloned into T-Vector.
