This product is a mixture of Taq DNA polymerase, Dragon enzyme containing 3’→5’ exonuclease activity, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system (+dye). Its fidelity is greater than that of Taq DNA Polymerase with stronger amplification performance and with higher sensitivity. The PCR products contain A at the 3′-end and can be directly cloned into T-Vector.
